Great iron supplement!
I’ve been using this iron supplement, and I’m happy with my experience so far. It’s easy to take and has been a helpful addition to my daily routine. I like that it doesn’t have a strong taste and is gentle compared to other iron supplements I’ve tried. I would definitely recommend it!

This works
This works! My doctor recommended taking it Monday, Wednesday and Friday to minimize side effects. It raised my blood iron numbers within the first 3 months of taking it. I had to experiment a bit to find the best time to take it to minimize stomach upset. I take it at noon with my lunch. It does cause constipation but that was resolved by increasing my fiber intake.

Worth A Shot
Package came on time, have only been using a week, have noticed more energy and less bruising when waking up. I take this with a light meal. Taste isn’t bad at all. (Capsule form). Overall, very happy with this.

Improvement in mental clarity
I could tell the difference immediately. I don’t have the brain fog and more mentality alert. Have somewhat more energy but that might take more time since my iron was so low. I’m even over 60 but somehow my iron got low even with taking a multi vitamin.
