No need to waste money/time trying the others unless you have recipe ideas for them. The Vanilla Cookie flavor is especially gross. It's bearable in a smoothie with other masking flavors (I would do peanut butter, banana, and ice), but it would make me gag if I drank it simply mixed with milk or water (as was common as a mom in a rush!). As for my breastmilk production, I started taking this daily around 3months postpartum, and I also drink plenty of water, and my milk supply has remained enough for my growing baby. She has never gone hungry, and I've never ran out during her feedings.
