The detachable feature also allows you to extend the overall length of the ramps by adding sectional extensions (sold separately). It is low profile and has scraped on other ramps in the past.** A: I use this with a Saab Viggen , very low profile . I put a couple 3/4 inch boards in front of the ramps to drive up on and clear the spoiler no problem .
