Is this watch water proof or not ???

Yes. Tested down to 50M (meters) or 165 feet. If the description still says 100M or 330 feet, that is incorrect. False advertising. I notified Amazon of this after buying one and seeing 50M clearly marked on the bezel. I needed something that would not leak while swimming (which pushes water harder against the watch than only the static water pressure of 50M) so I returned mine.
