These are amazing, sometimes when I take magnesium citrate to use well the bathroom, sometimes you get some gas associated and all I got to do is take one of these things then it's fine and it really does work in a very timely matter these are very cost of these are very cost-effective, and they work very well that would absolutely 100% recommend these anybody dealing with gas that also doesn't want to be poisoned by anything else it's it's the bomb!

These are a GREAT Alternative to Gas-X. We received a lot of relief after buying/using Gas-X, but found them to be costly. So, we searched for a lower priced, more readily available alternative, and this is it. Only need to take one Softgel per day, but sometimes I take two. And that's from someone who has major stomach issues, gas/ulcers/bloating/etc. My symptoms are pretty severe and very uncomfortable, and these work great for me. Great Relief, Easy to Swallow, and last all day.
