Important book on non-dual Shivaism
This system is similar to Advaita Vedanta' Shankara approach, but with some added tantric perspective and the notion of Vimarsha absent in Shankara. The 112 techniques are using all human faculties, like thoughts, emotion, actions, ectc.. I do not know another traditional text with the same amount of techiques.

Origini del senso dello yoga
Questo libro, che è soprattutto un libro sacro, è estremamente utile per gli appassionati di yoga. Leggerlo in sanscrito sarebbe meglio....

Indispensable
Singh is the gold standard for rigorous academic and practical rendering of Trika Tantra. Vigyan Bhairav is no exception. I would recommend you pick up his Siva Sutras and the Pratyabhijna Hrdaya to round out the collection. The three interlace each other, and if you’ve got the time there’s an entire Sadhana between the three if you’re paying attention. Om Nama Shivaya

Hard to read for me.
This is a book of great wisdom and insight. I have reverence for it. However for me it is hard to read. So many notes and difficult language make it a real work to read this book. So I have not read so much of it. However I have approached it through the writings of Swami Lakhsmanjoo. These I find a lot more accessible. Also Swami Muktananda ji writes about these teachings. Jaideva Singh ji is a student of his. No doubt he did a great job on the translating of this ancient text. Also putting it in a context. But for me it is too wordy. Too little of the meditative presence is shining through in this rendering of the Vijnanabhairava. Nevertheless I appreciate his work to bring this knowledge to the Western world. May people learn to meditate and build their consciousness through this priceless knowledge.
