I can't stand the taste of fish! So I really need Omega-3 supplements. I'd take my wife's fish oil tablets and inevitably get those fishy flavored burbs a couple hours after. Nasty! So I was excited to be able to substitute with these veggie based tablets. These things are horse pills! I'm guessing that's a good thing in terms of quantity of omega-3 that I'm getting, but let's be honest here. No reviewer can tell you that actual effects. As far as I know, I'm getting more of what I need. The one negative I have is that somehow, these things still give me slightly fish flavored burps. Don't ask me how given the claimed lack of fish products, but the flavor is distinctive and definitely has a slight fish tang. It's like 1/10th as bad as fish oil, so I'll keep taking these, but it's still odd.

This omega product is very good and easy to swallow in gel caps that aren’t too big. It’s good quality product and sustainably produced in the ocean as well.

I have not analyzed the ingredients but I have no problem with this supplement. Meaning I can take it on an empty stomach without problem. No unwanted aftertaste. The label says one capsule per day is the recommended dose. The price is good compared to what I found at the local health food store. I definitely like the vegan aspect as I do not think salmon should die just to produce supplements for humans.

These are good. They go down quickly and have no strong smell or bad burps. I got a bad bottle that smelled really bad but they were good about sending me a much better replacement.

Nowhere on the label is this product third party certified to have in it what it says, at the specified amounts and nothing else, unlike other products. The label has sunflower oil as an other ingredient, which for all I know is the only ingredient. They have certified plastic negative whatever that means (the bottle is plastic so who knows), nobody cares, they care that what they buy and put in their body is accurate. Also, say carbon neutral, but once again as a company you need to spend your time with a real certificate like NSF! Bottle also says, certified vegan, well I guess that means this product could well be 100% Sunflower Oil!!! Get an NSF or some other reputable third party certification.

Best DHA supplement so far. Other Omega 3 products usually combined DHA+ EPA with lower DHA, while this one is high in DHA. Prefect for pregnancy women, meets my daily intake need.

Nice and smooth and no after fishy taste.

I've been taking these for like 3 or more months now. I buy when on sale. I take it daily. No weird smell. Stomach handles them nicely. Will deff be keeping this in my vitamin line up.

Order these regularly, go straight to the source, cut out the fish. Good for our vegan diet.

Pros: seem to work pretty good! Cons: Stinky, they get stuck in the bottle so I've had to smash it against the counter haha! They taste horrific but I take a chewable vitamin c right after so it's manageable. As long as you're good with that, I recommend them!
