Game changer! I work a high stress job and notice when I take these supplements in the AM with caffeine my thoughts are more clear, I feel more patient and level headed. I feel like my stress hormones are a lot lower. I also tend to feel more anxious right before my menstrual cycle and noticed my pre menstrual symptoms have lessened (not completely subsided but better). Also I have not noticed any side effects.
