Good stuff, just enough energy and curbs appetite

This stuff works

After using it for a month, I can honestly say the product is not bad, but it’s nothing special. When taking it, it helped curb those cravings but it only lasted about two hours for me. I’d recommend it’s best in-between meals to help curb those cravings but don’t expect it to completely take away your appetite like a traditional GLP-1 would. I would take two and then 30ish minutes later take the last pill so the caffeine doesn’t all hit me at once, as I am somewhat sensitive to caffeine. Also, it’s pretty pricey. $45 for a 30 day supply, but you can also take two doses per day which would be $90 a month if you take the higher dose. To me I would probably buy it again if it was around $20 but I just can’t justify that much money for something that only works for a few hours. Also I can’t take it at night due to it containing caffeine and that’s when my cravings are at its worst. Lastly, there’s no long term studies on this so who knows what could happen if you take this for a year straight. At the end of the day, if you are struggling with snacking and cravings, I’d give this a try, but if you’re really looking to take out your appetite and fast all day, you’re gonna have to get a traditional GLP-1.

Awesome and effective supplement

Amazing products

I can't say that I enjoy taking this supplement. They have as much caffeine as a cup of coffee mixed with some other ingredients that have been shown to have some weight loss benefit. The major effect for me is appetite suppression. I just don't feel like eating anything for some hours after taking a capsule. There were no significant gastrointestinal issues for me, but I'm sure that I couldn't tolerate consuming anymore. This product is very pricey and I'm not sure the listed ingredients justify it, but when you are trying to lose fat, almost any price seems acceptable.

This product helped with hunger suppression and weight loss to climb over the plateau.

The supplement does seem to help with appetite management, however other supplements seem to offer the same if not better overall energy. After using the supplement twice, it seems overrated and more expensive than competing brands.
