MOUNTO 25FT PVC Flexible Duct Hosing for Exhaust Fan (8inch)

It's a hose that you attach to a fan to ventilate an area away from the fan; so far it's doing that admirably. Quality seems high. None of the hanging brackets gave way while I was hoisting the duct up near the ceiling. No tears or weak spots. Only caveat is that I can't get the opening around my 24" shop fan housing- because it is actually 26"- So measure your fan's actual size. Even though the duct doesn't seal 100% to my shop fan, it's doing great. I plan to purchase a second flexible duct!

Works good but rips easy

So far this 8 inch duct hose is by far the best that one can get for the money, I put off a couple of years of not buying one for my confined space blower, The only thing I regret is not buying 2 at the same time, For the money saved I should have bought 2 of them. The bad is mostly on my part, My confined space intake does not have a large enough lip on it to attach the hose, The attachment sits back a little over 1 or 2 inches making it hard to attach to a small lip. Yet it works good on the exhaust part. The length works out pretty good for most projects. Right now I have it blowing air from the first floor to the second floor via the old chimney hole as the blower is quite heavy to move up and down the stairs every day. The D rings are great as you can use hooks, nails or just about anything to attach it to place it where you want. So far I have used it for almost a month in a nail infested remodeling of a older house. The vinyl that it is made of seems like it should last many years, My only concern is that over time UV and brittleness will set it and the hose will start to crack on the bends and flex parts. The wire inside is pretty strong and will hold up to most abuse, I have bent one of them and just a little bit of flex its back to the original shape. Would I buy again... Yes Would I tell someone else about it... Yes Would I recommend buying it... Yes Should you buy it... Yes

I bought this to help vent my ranch shop the material is much heaver then I expected should last a long time.

Worked great with my air scrubber! Make sure you buy an 8 inch clamp as none come with the duct.

When I saw the price I thought it was going to be lower quality. To my surprise it is just as good as others that I own that cost me more than 2.5x the price. Very easy to open, connect and most importantly VERY EASY to close back up! The build in storage bag is perfect!! Defiantly buying a couple more.

Havnt even got a couple months out of it not standing up … cheap quality
