Not only for running, these are great for everyday use. It is light weight, comfortable, breathable and goes with casual clothes. It has a memory foam insole that makes it soft. The body of the shoes is made of fabric like material so regular cleaning is required. Other than that, it's totally worth the price

Disappointing: Rock Hard Sole and Zero Grip
Hard Sole: The sole has absolutely no flexibility or cushion. It feels rock-hard underfoot, like walking on a solid piece of plastic. There is no shock absorption at all.Slippery Bottom: The biggest issue is that the bottom has zero traction. It is incredibly slick and slippery, even on basic tiled or smooth indoor floors. Walking in them feels unsafe because you just slide around.
