I purchased this as I have sciatica and am a side sleeper, so it is easier to have one long pillow as opposed to 3 or 4 stuffed around me to try and get comfortable. It arrived tightly vacuum-packed and when I unpacked it I was initially very disappointed, as it seemed thin and floppy and wrinkly. However I fluffed it up (it has a zipper on the case and also the pillow itself, I imagine so you could remove/add more Kapok stuffing if you wanted to) and left it for a few hours and it smoothed out and plumped up. Tried it that night and was very impressed - it is just the right length to tuck between your knees or calves, substantial enough to 'hug' (in fact, it feels very comforting) and I've actually slept very well with it on my side. It is shaped (like a J) at the lower end but you can move it in different positions to suit. I wouldn't say it is long enough to act as a pillow as well unless you tilt your head forward (as in the listing photo), but it goes neatly at the side of a normal pillow and doesn't take up so much space in a double bed that your partner is edged off the mattress. I chose the 'cooling' cover and that is smooth, slightly slippery but does in fact feel cool, so is very comfortable to sleep with. I would definitely recommend this for comfortable side-sleeping. Although I can't vouch for pregnancy bump support, I can see that it would be good for this too.

This pregnancy pillow has been a lifesaver for my third trimester! It perfectly cradles my bump and supports my lower back, which has seriously eased my aches. I love that I can adjust the two wedges as my belly grows. The removable cover is also a must for easy washing.

Excellent support, stops me rolling over in the night. The cases unzip and wash well. The material has a nice pattern but could be softer.

Nothing like the image. Lumpy and uncomfortable and no support for the belly whatsoever. Cheap polyester material as well which is not reflected in the image

Surprisingly good quality for the cheap price. The outer material feels quite plastic-like but the stuffing is OK and will be fine for the last few months of pregnancy.

Very comfortable and doesn’t take much space in bed

Was really disappointed with this. I left it to air for longer than recommended and it was still really lumpy and only appeared to be half full of filling. Item was returned for poor quality.

Il cuscino arriva in una confezione sottovuoto, utile per riporlo quando non servirà. Mia moglie è stata felicissima di riceverlo. Ormai non può farne più a meno e più la pancia cresce, più diventa indispensabile per alleviare il dolore alla schiena. La qualità è veramente ottima ed è come da descrizione. Altro lato positivo è sfoderabile e lavabile. Consigliato e da comprare

Hta mich in meiner schwangerschaft gerettet. Nicht auf den rucken zu rollen aber auch den navkenbereich frei zu haben im gegensatz zu den riesigen uberdimensonalen kissen

Prodotto ottimo! Arrivo nei giusti tempi di consegna,ben confezionato. Fodera lavabile. Comodissimo non solo in gravidanza e non solo per dormire ma anche per leggere,guardare la TV o stare in relax. Vedremo a breve se sarà comodo anche durante l'allattamento. Per il momento soddisfattissima dell'acquisto fatto...a saperlo l'avrei fatto prima!
