Awesome hot and sour soup base
We make hot and sour soup regularly. Love it. This particular vinegar gives it awesome zing. Smells pungent and strong which is awesome.

previously I left negative review but...
when I first got this I did some tasting right out of the bottle and this tasted like ordinary generic brand basalmic vinegar so I didn't even bother to use this but one day I was making a chinese style string beans and I put some of this vinegar and OMG dish came out amazing I'm gonna put this in everything I stir fry lol
