SodaStream Terra Sparkling Water Maker (Red) with CO2 and Dishwasher Safe Bottle

I have used Soda Stream devices since they came out a long time ago and I loved them! I like bubble water. It doesn't need flavor but sometimes I use just a bit of lemon or lime to it. However, This new Terra Model is a different beast. I didn't read the instructions before trying to use it (with my "old" air canister) and not noticing the difference (color)! It locked itself in and I couldn't get it to work or release the air canister. I called the 800 number and the com[any sent me a new machine and canister since I had been a long time user. Having said that I was eventually able release the air canister but the new on didn't fit well. I had to ditch it and the new one is ok. It is supposed to be "better" and maybe easier??? I find that you have to put the bottled in just right or the air gets lost and doesn't make soda. I have used it enough to now get it right but it is NOT AN IMPROVEMENT over the older models. I tried buying the (not Terra) newer Soda Stream maker which looked like the older ones and uses the older air canister (I have 12) but works like the " in how it attaches the bottles like the Terra" model. They should go back to their first design!! If you have never tried this produce I still RECOMMEND IT And no deposit or tax!for bubble "soda" water. Easy and cheap soda right at home--No deposit or bottles to return or tax!

After buying Seltzer water for years I broke down and bought this soda stream. I am so glad I did! The beautiful red color and compact on my counter is perfect. Incredibly easy to use, my 11 year old son put it together and is able to make Seltzer water on his own. I also suggest buying extra soda stream bottles(I bought the colorful 3 pack) so that you have back up while hand washing them. One draw back I've noticed that the older soda stream machines had lights to show when it made light bubbles, medium, and very bubbly. Which was nice because I can't tell the timing yet. I don't know if I'm wasting the tank by holding the button too long or not enough until I taste it. That is something I can search online for or from more experience using it though so I am not complaining. All in all a great product and it was very easy to set up the warranty from the card in the box as well.

I bought one for myself and had to buy one for my best friend Diane who loves it. She introduced me to Poland springs sparkling water but this machine and the flavor enhancers go great. I wished they gave you a better enhancer because the lime one I got with mine wasn't flavorful at all. But this product is a definite

This is great to have on demand sparkling water and no longer feel bad about generating so many plastic bottles that would go into landfill. I did buy an extra bottle so I can always have one in the refrigerator. I just wish the CO2 bottles lasted a little longer. Love that I can return them for refilling with CO2!

Super easy to set up and use and it works wonderfully. Great value for the money spent! I have a high opinion of sodastream as a brand as a result of this purchase.
