Thought it was gonna be a good camera because of the great reviews, but it's not it does not work does not want to connect and The instructions are in Chinese so that makes it even harder.Wish I could give zero stars waste of time and money.

Turns out the camera doesn't work with my WiFi. Make sure your WiFi can be set to 2.4MHz, the camera requires that band.Moreover the instructions are probably perfect in Chinese in but in English, they are incomprehensible. "1. Connect the machine's own hot spot at the beginning of BAT." "3. No network link has been completed, you can watch the video closely." Ummm, yeah thanks for that...

I have had these all week. We purchased because of my partner having seizures and falls, I work nights and we have no one to live in at this time. am about 5 minutes from work so are aid cars if I ever have to call them. I constantly check cameras at least once an hour to see how the house is. I have 4 spy cameras set up at key places and in the puppies' room. I check 3 of them first then the pups if something were occurring they would be up and barking. Set up was incredibly easy through a phone app a few dings on the phone then hit ok and it's done. These are electric plug in with long cords, easy to adjust or hang on a wall with very good surround pic. I can clearly see all the details of my home.Plus HUGE plus, I can talk thru the cameras if I see anything I am not sure of I can hit the microphone and ask and hear a response clearly even from work miles away! I can hit sound and hear if there are any sounds in the home, like tv, someone asking for help etc These cameras are a huge peace of mind and a great tool for monitoring persons who are medically challenged in any way. This product id easy to use,accurate and an extremely useful tool and is far far better than we thought it would be when ordered. Delivery was quick packaging was very good as well. Instructions couldn't be easier.

I purchased this camera and am returning. The App is pretty bad with so many pop-ups and ads that I could never get the camera connected. I was being asked to download multiple apps to connect the camera and started to wonder what I was downloading….not a good initial user experience.

They must have changed the product because I bought this when it had 4.3 stars and what came was a piece of crap. The package and instructions were in Chinese with poorly translated English. The app to use was also in Chinese, full of ads and would not connect to anything. Honestly the whole thing seemed sketchy I immediately un-installed it. Returning to get my money back.

It quit working after 1 day. It didn't come with all the QR codes It was supposed to also. We had to youtube it & find out how to set it up. That's when we found out it was supposed to have a second QR code. The picture quality is mediocre at best. You can tell who's in the video but it's pretty distorted. The video is choppy. It's certainly Not worth $30! I'd say maybe $5 or less! Save yourself the time & save your money & go with a different brand. I Always go by reviews when I purchase online. There were pretty good reviews but this was not the case for me. I'm in the process of sending this back & getting my money back. If I could give it zero stars, I'd do that.

I don't understand. The instructions aren't even in proper English I can't understand what to even do. It says connect to no network hot spot? What does that even mean? I tried going to the wifi on my phone and connecting to the camera BAT on my phone but it keeps saying unable to connect. The ysxlite app only shows the camera connecting or off But the camera is lit up red and blinking blueWhen I unplug it, it blinks blue for a minute then stops. But my phone refuses to stay connected to the BAT wifi and the app doesn't even recognize it. Why does it need access to my messages and cell phone records? It immediately asks for my location, my phone camera, my phones photos, my contact list, my list of phone calls and text messages. Someone help. This is ridiculous.

Ordered four, none of them worked for various reasons. Thought I was the problem bc of all the five star reviews but if you go back you can see the seller actually had so many five star reviews bc of a different product then switched it out for this one. Should be reported. I don't recommend, at all. There's much more reliable options. Between the issues with the app and the cameras I had after trying out four of them only to investigate the reviews further and see why there were so many five star reviews I would look into a different option. A trail cam is more reliable option. These are cheap pieces of junk that will probably quit working shortly after even if you do get them to work for awhile.
