The biggest benefit I've noticed is mental stamina. I don't get a dramatic "kick" like caffeine, but I feel more steady throughout the day. Tasks that normally start to feel mentally draining after a few hours seem easier to push through. I also noticed that on particularly stressful days, I feel a little less frazzled and more capable of staying focused on one thing at a time. As for downsides, the effects were subtle at first. It took about 2-3 weeks before I felt confident that it was actually doing something. If you're expecting an immediate boost in energy, you may be disappointed. I also found that taking it later in the afternoon made it a little harder for me to wind down at night, so morning use works best for me. honestly was really hoping a lot based on the reviews here. but after taking this in the morning, empty stomach every day for 2 weeks, I cant really tell much of a difference. Im thinking to try another brand once i use this bottle up to see if that changes anything. Will also try upping to 1000mg for a couple days. Will update if I do notice anything.
