The metal was very thin. It was packed in a plastic bag placed on a bubble wrap air pillow. The chimes were badly tangled. The strings holding it together were very thin and lots of extra length at the knotted ends making it look very sloppy. If it was a higher quality item, I wouldn't have minded cutting the strings ends off. I'm sending this back. It wasn't nice enough to give as a gift, especially for the price.

Great gift idea but horrible quality. Item was delivered today and was broken as soon as I took it out of the package. One chime fell off the string because the string was snapped. This was a gift for a friend who lost their dog after 14 years. No time to return and wait for another one. Trying to fix myself. Also the back of the paw has scratches on the metal. Will not ever purchase again.Hopefully I can fix this and still give it to my friend.

Loved the saying on the wind chimes. I did not like that they were pretty scratched up when they arrived!

The design and appearance are high quality, but the aluminum is too light and dents easily. In addition, the chimes sound cheap and tinny. Splurge for higher quality. I wish I had.

The product looks well made. I gave it as a gift to a friend who lost his beloved best friend. It was very well received and it was hung from their porch the next time I saw it.

I bought this for my sister after her dog was tragically hit by a car. She loved it! It's a tiny bit bigger than I expected. The metal seems of great quality and it's sturdy. It creates a nice little jingle, and the engravings are clear and easy to read. It's a great inexpensive gift for the dog lover in your life.

This product arrived completely loose inside the box. It took 20 minutes to untangle it. There was a tornado cardstock label and a plastic bag that may have once held the wind chime. I'm glad I decided not to send it directly to my friend who just lost her dog of 17 years. That would have been one final pain.

Disappointed!! Finish is not smooth and there are random strings hanging off all over. I wouldn’t have paid more than $5 for this. I would never try to remember my dog babies with this piece of junk!
