Recommend! ### ⭐ Review *by H***M on 30 June 2025* General issues: I bought a regular shark vacuum and was so impressed so I trusted this brand to purchase their robot vacuum. I was deeply disappointed. It’s been 10 months, the brush roll does not self clean as it claimed, I loose the front spinning brush every clean when it goes over the feet of my standing desk, then my cats would play with it, can’t find the part so I had to buy extra. The initial mapping is a pain because you have to make absolutely sure the path is clean. If it makes a mistake and did not discover an area you meant for it find, you’ll have to delete the entire map for it to do it all over again. It can only remember one map at a time, which makes this even more difficult. Mapping issue in depth: So because I always loose that front brush, I decided to put it into the basement, and see if it would work better there, and it just would not map the basement. Most of the time, it comes out of the doc, does a full spin, then goes right back to the doc. I wasted my entire afternoon to try and clean the sensor, the brush roll and pretty much everything. I finally got it to scan 70% of the basement, and I told it to clean, it does that one spin and going back to doc thing again. 1 out of 4 times it would actually go around the corners, but it only does a small circle which is a few feet away from the doc, no vacuuming in between, and goes straight back to the doc. The screenshot I shared is the furthest it went, and no, this map does not reflect our entire basement. Warranty issue: So it’s been less than a year, for sure I can get warranty involved. I called them, they sent me a zoom call to trouble shoot. Watched me cleaning and testing, and it’s doing the same thing. So shark said they’d honor the warranty, but would not cover for the shipping fee for me to send it back. Besides that, I need to keep a list of parts because those would not be replaced. Ok. Now I have to figure out which part exactly they are talking about, caz if I don’t I’ll probably end up spending more money on shipping. For a product to have this serious issue, shark has left the customer to not only pay for their mistake, but pass all the trouble for us to solve is very disappointing.
