Very easy to make. I add extra blueberries. Quick, easy for breakfast or lunch. Like that it has extra protein. I always check the top when I take it out of the microwave. If I see any moisture I just zap it for a few more seconds. Texture seems like a real muffin.

It’s hard to find a good quality protein that you don’t get tired of. That’s where the protein muffins come in. They are a tasty treat with protein and when you use either milk or oat milk, you can’t tell they are a healthy version of a muffin. We enjoy them when we want a treat and need the protein.

Well, microwave brownie should be renamed Microwave Chocolate Muffin, or simply Chocolate Mug Cake. This is stunningly easy and delicious though for a 60 seconds zap (made mine with the milk suggestion, not water). No funny oil or other off flavors that some brownes have, but this is a hot steamed protein cake. I had mine with a fork and a cup of coffee, for a high protein breakfast. You get a good portion, maybe 20+ hot steamy cake bites. Will enjoy and likely repurchase, but if you want a good brownie, head to Bob's Red Mill mix with melted butter.

These are great, my son‘s loves these, quick on the go. They get to school much quicker eating these and making these. They get their protein and they like to taste.

I absolutely love these Kodiak muffins! So easy to make and the taste is fabulous!

Tried all 3 flavors - all are good. Takes 60 seconds to become a muffin that is very hot. Need to let it cool some before gobbling these things down. Tasty enough, fast to make, not dried out, decent value for the money, what's not to like? Has a different texture than first expected. Very light, spongy but tasty product. Going to order more before everyone fonds out about these.

First one microwaved came out gooey, maybe used too much water. Also kind of tasteless. Next one used less water and baked in a small glass dish in my toaster oven. That was better but still did not puff up like a muffin and needed some icing or sweet sauce because it was bland. Next one baked in a 4” cake pan. This turned out best like a cake. Still too bland and needed frosting.
