**Q: Does this radio recieve hd- am broadcasts? plenty of the radios do fm-hd but can't seem to find many that say they do the am band in hd also

A: This radio receives AM HD stations. I can also confirm that it is able to decode HD only AM broadcasts. I can hear WMGG AM Tampa which went all digital in January. That being said a lot of the bigger stations who previously had HD stations on AM have shut off the digital signal.

**Q: Does this radio receive better reception on regular, distant am stations that have interference fade in and out? Stations are about 80 miles away.**
A: I've tried out AM and from L.A. I was able to get San Diego Stations (125 miles away) pretty well. It's a nice little radio and I have it in my car for traveling. Thanks. Joe G

**Q: Is a case included?**
A: It does not come with a case. The case that is included with the C Crane skywave will work. If you don’t have one you can order it from the manufacturers website for $10.
