The packaging was good. This roller has small needles for beginning Derm rolling. There is no pain associated with the rolling. The quality of the product appears to be of good quality and it is easy to clean. This is a great first roller for Derm rolling.

I like that they provided the option to get the needle size that I want. Most others just offer the needle size of 0.25 or 0.3, that's ridiculous. Using this, I really love being able to get the punctures that I want. It is painful, but DUH!!! Obviously, if you poke your skin with sharp things, it hurts, but for what I want to achieve, it's necessary. And that's why I numb up first before I roll. The only thing I don't like about this is the device is painted. I would prefer just pure, no painted-on device. Don't care if it's clear, black, red, blue, pink, etc. Just no paint that scratches off, especially since I'm digging into my blood system with it.

It is light and easy to use. The needles are sharp enough and seem robust.I bought this for the first time and I could totally see its impressive work on my scalp.

I have been using dermarollers for 7 months. I and others have noticed and commented on my hair growth. The growing male pattern balding was getting worse. Each time I went to get a haircut. I noticed the balding spot on the top of my head was getting larger. I started using the dermaroller once a month. I recently went to a new barber and he commented on my hair. That I must have good genes! I noticed the bald spot on top was gone! This is the best invention. I use the 1.5 mm needle, it is uncomfortable while doing it. When I get done it feels like a sunburn. But 24 hours later it goes away and the results are remarkable. I don't use the disc needle roller. I use the individual needle roller. Everytime I see others with balding, I want to tell them. It does take patience and a commitment to your balding.
