Relaxing and m
It’s a nice, affordable, chamomile. I like that they use paper and not plastic satchels for their tea like other brands I no longer use. Fair trade tastes delicious and as a birder, I love their red capped mannequin mascot. I’ll keep trying all their flavors, it’s my new favorite tea brand.

Good Sleep Aid
Actually helped me relax and go to sleep. Only reason not 5 star is the taste is not as good as iced as it is hot.

I let it steep at least 7-8 minutes to make it stronger. Has a pleasant taste and has really improved my sleep quality.
