First of all it took weeks for the product to arrive :( even though this product is listed as a backpack it's not, it's more like the purse backpack. when i wanted to return the product the seller did contact me and told me they'll reimburse $7.00 and I can keep the bag and informed me that the returning the bag will cost me more. Bummer! my daughter was totally looking forward to use this bag for her school now we are just stuck with the bag and the $7.00 disbursement when i paid $30.00 plus dollars.
