Excellent seeds, great sprouts
Really pleased with these. I bought two different brands at first because I'm new to sprouting and wanted to see if there was a difference. The other brand (prepared exactly the same and right next to this brand) went moldy in less than 12 hours after soaking, and no it wasnt the root hairs. In contrast, this brand sprouts so well it fills the jar. I love to grow plants, and I was tired of buying lettuce and salad that went bad within 2 days, so I decided to try growing my own. I have completely replaced lettuce in my salad with this blend. I grow 2 tablespoons of seeds in a quart sized mason jar, and they are "harvest ready" at 3 days but I like to give them a little sun for a 4th day. Then the "loaf" that comes out of the jar gets rinsed and that is my salad for the day (I add toppings). I usually just eat any shells that dont rinse or shake off (they dont have any flavor or cruch, you dont even notice them), but when I have served it to other people I put it through a salad spinner to make it nicer. It is flavorful but mild enough to eat on other things and takes sauce and flavor well. I have around 3-4 jars in rotation on my counter and it is an easy lunch.

Fresh Greens From My Countertop
What I tested: This salad mix was part of my indoor gardening experiments to grow healthy greens for salads and sandwich toppings. I wanted something easy, fast, and nutrient‑dense that I could grow right in the kitchen. Real‑world results: • Good germination rate • Ready to eat in about 3 days • A repeatable, reliable process for producing nutrient‑dense superfood greens Things to watch for: • On the more expensive side, but worth it for the fast growth and consistent results Pros: • Fun and easy for indoor growing • Great size and mix for microgreens • Produces fresh, flavorful greens quickly

Fresh, Crunchy & Super Easy to Grow!
I’m so impressed with this sprout mix! The seeds germinated quickly and produced a full, fresh jar in just a few days. The mix has a great balance of flavors — mild, slightly nutty, and perfect for salads, sandwiches, or smoothies. Everything sprouted evenly and looked very fresh. If you’re looking for an easy way to add nutrients to your meals, this is a great option. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Guaranteed to sprout. 5th time ordering
This is my fifth purchase. This particular product is organic and always sprout, so I keep buying them. When I don't have enough vegetables in my fridge or I'm too busy to go shopping, I use these seeds to make sprouts. They're a mix of different seeds, so they're not too spicy and have just the right flavor. My kids can eat them without any problems. To prepare them, soak them overnight and drain them the next morning. A dark place is best. Rinse them every time you pass through the kitchen and they will be ready to eat in about 3 days. If you don't have time, you can eat them as is, but if you have time, leave them in a sunny spot for about half a day on the 4th day so they can photosynthesize and have more nutrients. I have never had a case where they didn't sprout after doing this. Buying a small bag of organic sprout mix at a store or local farmer's market could cost about $10 here, but I can make a big jar for less than a dollar. Also, store bought sprouts don't last long, so it's great to be able to make your own. By the way, I store the unused seeds at room temperature. In the past I have refrigerated or even froze them. I learned that storing them at room temperature on my kitchen counter does not affect the quality. The only problem with this product is that sometimes the sprouts contain seeds that did not sprout and if you bite into them, they could hurt your teeth. You would need to use a colander or something similar to separate the unsprouted seeds before consuming. Other than that, it's a great product. I will buy it again!
