Excellent purchase.
Excellent purchase , downloaded photos and videos from both mine and my wife’s phones , I’m not particularly tech savvy but if you follow the instructions provided it’s simple. I would recommend the photo stick omni without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Device failed to function
This item is exactly what I wanted according to the advertising. Unfortunately when plugged in to my android phone it continually stated that the device storage was full and to delete files. When extracted and plugged into computer to check, there was nothing on the device and full capacity available. I contacted the online help desk who were quick to respond. Advice to download the app again. This failed to cure the problem. The next suggestion was to choose batches of photos and download individually. This defeated the purpose and simplicity of the advertisement and again failed anyway.I have left it a week and tried again. Same result. Device shows as full. There are no folders on the device. I can only assume I have a defective device and so am returning it a disappointed customer.

We put all pictures from both our phones and still got room for more very good item easy to use

Check compatibility
It worked fine on my latest phone which is 4yrs old, but my other phones and tablets were too old and I couldn't update them. So check the specs on your devices to see if they're compatible with it.
