I purchased these Wicked Cushions replacement pads for my Sennheiser Momentum 4 Wireless headphones after reading some great reviews, and they did not disappoint. The stock pads aren’t necessarily bad, but they tend to get warm and a bit uncomfortable after a while. In contrast, these pads from Wicked Cushions felt noticeably cooler straight out of the packaging and stayed comfortable even during long listening sessions. After 30–45 minutes, they did warm up slightly, but I still felt a subtle coolness around my ears, which was a nice touch. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to notice a slight improvement in sound quality, specifically that the bass felt deeper and the overall clarity seemed better. It wasn’t a drastic change, but enough to enhance the listening experience. Overall, I give this a solid 5/5. The comfort upgrade alone is worth it, and the added audio clarity makes it an even better value. Highly recommended if you're looking to improve your Momentum 4s. I used ChatGPT to write my overall experience because I don't feel like writing it out lol, BUT personally it was nice man, the coolness sort of renews itself like once second its slight warmth and the coolness is back almost as if it revolves around the gel pad, The mic still sounds good confirmed after sitting on a call with the bae and the on/off feature when you take off your headphones still detects as normal with no drop in feature quality so dont worry about if its not gonna be able to detect when it's on, I have yet to have that issue either. ALSO IT'S COMFY, but you might have to get used to the cold feeling around your ear, somewhat might bother people who haven't used something like this before. Fit snug and the size was basically the same as the original.

Bought these for my seinheisser momentum 4s. The installation was incredibly easy. The ear openings are slightly larger on these than the stock ear pads, which as anyone knows, as we age your ears seem to get a git bigger. These help the headset sit more comfortablely over the ears, and the do drown out a lot more ambient noise. The cooling gel does help pull some heat away from the ears putting an end to that wet sweat feel. I would recommend these as an upgrade to an outstanding set of earphones. Together, these with the seinheissers, create a wonderful immersion in personal music listening.

These are •just better• than the pads that come with the headphones—and this isn't a knock against Sennheiser. I have a bunch of high end headphones, and wickedcushions are better than ALL of the original pads. When I get new pair of headphones, the first thing I'd do is buy a set of wickedcushions for them. If you don't see your headphone model here, just go to their website. I have a set for every pair I own. If you want to get into it, well for me it's this: I wear my headphones for 12 hours straight, and wickedcushions allow my entire ear to fit inside it without then touching anything or getting squished, that means comfort. They're sort of plumper without looking like it The other biggie is the material isn't sweaty fake leather that disintegrates in 2 years. It's like a techno-sporstwear material. My ears don't get overheated like the other type. Let Sony and Sennheiser do what they do best—make great headphones, and let wickedcushions do what they do best—make great pads for those headphones.

At $25 it's a reasonable upgrade specifically for the heat and breathability problem. Just don't expect everything else to stay identical to stock. The cooling effect is real with ears staying noticeably less hot and sweaty compared to the stock pads, which was the main reason I bought them. Comfort is solid and the fit snaps on cleanly with no issues. Installation takes under five minutes. The tradeoffs are worth knowing upfront though. ANC takes a slight hit. Not dramatic but noticeable if you're in louder environments. The sound signature shifts a little too, with bass coming across differently than stock. Neither change is a dealbreaker but audiophiles will notice. They're also firmer than the original pads and add a bit of weight to the headphones.

Wicked Cushions Freeze earpads, across the board, add weight to your headsets. You need to know that going into it. Whether that tradeoff is worth it to you depends on your use case (the ol' YMMV). I feel they are a nice change from stock and worth it. With the Momentum 4, the stock earpads are soft and squishy and comfy, provide a great seal and isolation (even with glasses), but are not the most breathable and become pretty hot and sweaty after a bit, especially in warmer weather. Enter the WC Freeze gel pads! I've worn the M4's with the WC pads for a few extended periods and many short periods over the course of several weeks, and they are definitely cooler and more breathable. I find them just as comfortable as the original pads, but it's a different comfort - they're firmer, but still squishy enough to get a good seal, and give your ear a bit more room in the cup. The WC Pads do affect the ANC on the M4, but only slightly - I'd estimate it's about 10% less effective with the WC pads vs. stock, so not a big difference for me, but I can see some having an issue with it in a louder environment. If it's your average office or monotonous hum sound (engine, subway, plane, etc), I'm not sure it will be noticeable. With regards to the M4's sound signature, there is a subtle overall change in the sound. First, please understand that perception of sound is a very personal thing, and for me the WC Freeze smoothed the low end bass out a little, and brought the mid bass forward a little, and barely smoothed out the top end. I also feel it slightly widened the sound stage, but that's a difficult thing to measure with closed-back, noise canceling headphones. Ultimately, it's more of a subtle change from stock that is probably more noticeable to audiophiles, but the change is less noticeable for most people that aren't reading a squig line and fussing over the Hz.

Fit is comfortable, reduces pressure and the cooling effect works, it lasts for a long time. However, it alters the sound quality of the Sennheiser Momentum 4's to be more hollow and tinny. It also blocks the on-ear detection capability, which also triggers the touch controls to be disabled. For this reason, these cushions are unusable.

Looks great if you get it patterns and it made my HDB630s look less boring. They are more comfortable as the cups are much wider over my ears now. It definitely cools my ears but the noise cancelling is reduced. I’m return them mainly because the ear detection doesn’t work as well and is more finicky, meaning I have to squeeze them closer on my head to make the noise cancelling reliably turn on and the pause / play feature.

My ears are a little big so I really didn't like the extremely tight space for my ears in the Momentum 4, so I thought that I had to return them or just not use them any more because of how uncomfortable they are for me, however I decided to try the WC ear pads to see if they have a bigger space for my ears and they do. The WC are even bigger than what I expected which is great and with them the Momentum 4 are not uncomfortable for me any more so I really recommend the WC ear pads for anyone that is having the same problem as me.

El mejor repuesto de almohadillas, son más cómodas y más frescas para pasar más tiempo sin molestias. Excelente calidad de construcción, se sienten buenos los materiales y durables. El sonido prácticamente no cambia, y aísla muy bien el sonido. Me encantaron, hasta se sienten y se ven más pro los audífonos Senheiser Momentum 4.

Un confort grandement amélioré : Le confort est vraiment supérieur par rapport aux coussinets d'origine. En effet, l'oreille n'est plus écrasée par les bords. Pour m'en assurer, j'ai fait un essai comparatif en mettant le casque avec un nouveau coussinet d'un côté et un coussinet d'origine de l'autre : la différence est flagrante. L'effet "Freeze" est très agréable et on ressent beaucoup moins l'effet "oppressant" qui est souvent le défaut majeur des casques fermés. C'est un énorme plus pour les longues sessions d'écoute. Un son beaucoup plus équilibré : Ces coussinets étant légèrement plus épais que les originaux, l'oreille est un peu plus éloignée du haut-parleur. Par conséquent, les basses sont légèrement atténuées. Pour une oreille un peu audiophile, c'est un énorme point positif ! Les basses du Momentum 4 avec les coussinets d'origine sont vraiment trop présentes à mon goût. Avec ces nouveaux coussinets, on retrouve un signal beaucoup plus neutre, tout en gardant des aigus qui restent brillants et clairs. D'ailleurs, il suffit de presser légèrement le casque contre ses oreilles pour s'en rendre compte : les basses fortes de la signature d'origine reviennent instantanément. En écoute neutre, le son est franchement meilleur. Et pour ceux qui voudraient que ça "cogne" un peu plus, l'égaliseur de l'application permet toujours de compenser ! Mise au point sur certaines critiques que j'ai pu lire : La réduction de bruit (ANC) : J'ai lu que certains trouvaient l'ANC moins bonne. Même si l'ANC n'est pas l'atout numéro 1 de ce casque à la base, elle reste encore bien présente et tout à fait comparable à la version avec les coussinets d'origine. La fonction pause/lecture automatique : Certains disaient que l'épaisseur empêchait la coupure du son de fonctionner quand on enlève ou remet le casque. Je n'ai rencontré aucun problème de ce type. À mon avis, les personnes ayant eu ce souci avaient tout simplement mal clippé les coussinets lors du montage. En résumé : Un excellent achat que je recommande vivement à ceux qui cherchent un meilleur confort et à rééquilibrer la signature sonore de leur Momentum 4.
