Well built!!! Looks good!! Feels good!!!! Sturdy
First initial reaction is this thing is over built! Which means it is built to last and take a pounding!! Zippers feel sturdy. Liking is soft. Padding is perfect. Haven’t checked waterproof or resistance yet I don’t like carrying a briefcase so this will be for my laptop primarily but when I travel it will have basically the things that I don’t wish to lose such as laptop extra set of clothes medicine that type of thing and this thing feels like it’s going to last me the rest of my life

Es una mochila cómoda (uso la mochila a diario para ir a trabajar, la mitad de los días llevo el portátil) , con muchos espacios para organizar todo lo que lleves y un espacio muy grande, compactable. Producto 100% recomendable. Quizá la única cosa que echaría en falta sería una funda para la lluvia.

very good bag
Spacious backpack, plenty of pockets, straps are pretty comfortable, laptop sleeve/pocket is nice, great for college when you sometimes carry a full bag and other times carry it fairly empty and can cinch it down. I purchased this for the same price as a new version North Face recon bag and decided to return the recon because this had more pockets.

A good backpack for gear junkie
I bought a Surge, a Recon, and Borealis backpacks to decided which would work best for me. I ended up choosing the Recon as it had the best space for my needs. It had a good balance of sorting spaces and general purposes spaces. The Surge's extra front pocket was good if you like extra pockets and slots for pens and such. While I felt the Borealis front webbing was too easy to catch on the plane and had no value to my needs. All three backpacks were built well and I like the different color choices each offered.
