Sturdy, Simple Wall Anchors for Resistance Band Workouts
I installed a couple of these on the wall and have been using them for over three months, and they’ve held up really well. They easily support about 100 lbs of resistance band cross pull-overs every week without any signs of loosening or wear. Installation is quick — just line them up with a wall stud and use the included screws. For extra peace of mind, you could swap in slightly longer screws, but the supplied hardware has been solid so far. The powder-coated hooks keep bands from slipping, and the finish still looks good after months of use. Overall, these anchors are a simple, reliable way to turn any room into a workout space. Heavy Duty
These are perfect for resistance band anchors. They come with the needed screws and anchors to properly mount them too. The anchors are well made and keep you safe while allowing you to properly exercise. They are heavy duty compared to other anchors I have seen. Great buy!

Elastic Workout Band Holders
They are made of quality steel. They come with sturdy screws to secure them to whatever wooden frame work you want to whether you're going to use it for lat pulldowns from the basement ceiling, back pulls or even chest presses. The only thing I would like to see is the hole bigger so that when you get up to five and (6) 50 lb elastic bands they will all fit in the metal frame. Good value.

I am a big guy and was worried about the bracket or screws breaking off. I was amazed how strong and sturdy this is. I am 300 plus pounds guy. I highly recommend it
