Perfect.
I suffer from amenorrhea, after 200 days my period hit me incredibly heavy. So bad, that I had to wear my mom’s postpartum pads the hospital provided her. She only had two, so I needed something else and fast. Walmart and Target only offer “pads” for incontinence, which is not nearly the same as the heavy flow I was experiencing. I quickly turned to Amazon, and these pads were the only one that could arrive today. I am not this size in the slightest, this size was the only one available for same day shipping, I even paid for 3 hour shipping because I was desperate. But they worked AMAZING, I was a little skeptical, I looked at it and said no way is this holding up what’s coming out of me but it did GREAT. NOT A SINGLE LEAK, EVEN WHEN I SLEPT. Two packs for only 15 dollars, I will definitely come back in case my period comes back again as violently as it did this past week. The size was definitely big, but comfortable, didn’t fall down. I would just fold the waistband and put tights shorts on over!

Plus size review
Okay, buckle up, because I’m going to give you the full run down here. People want a thorough review, so this is what I got… I am a big girl, approx 5ft 9in and about 350lbs. I have a fairly large apron stomach, and I wear a size 22/24. I have always had horrendously heavy periods since middle school, like I will soak through an overnight size 5 pad AND and ultra tampon on 2 hours. I pass clots the size of ping pong balls regularly. It is a full time job trying to contain the mess every month. After I had my baby in summer of 2025, I used the always discreet boutique diapers, and those worked pretty well, although the size I bought was actually a little big for me. I used the left overs for heavy flow days for my periods since. I was actually looking to order more of those in a smaller size when I saw these and decided to try them. My honest opinion, these are FAR superior to pads. For the first time since I was 13 (so 16 years) I got through an entire cycle without leaking on my clothes, bedding, or furniture. I did not have to double up on pads and tampons. My cramps were not made worse by tampons. The sizing is a little funky, I wear a 22/24, and I would say these are like a size 20/22. The fit almost uncomfortably snug right out of the package, and I was initially really disappointed but decided to see how they held up. And I noticed after a little moving around in them they stretched out to a very comfortable fit without getting lose or saggy. I wore them all day chasing my now 1 year old around, bending over, squatting, etc and they did not move, rip, or leak. They handled the dreaded gushes when standing or sneezing better than any pad I’ve ever tried. They feel less like diapers than pads do. They are not obvious under jeans or looser pants. I didn’t even try them with leggings because I’m normally a thong girlie. Overall, these are life changing for me, and I will never go back to wearing pads again if I can help it. The sizing was my biggest concern, so for my fellow big girls. I would say if you’re a 24 or lower the XL-XXL in these is the move. But the XXL in the always discreet boutique is going to be good for size 26//28 and up, at a pre-pregnancy size 24 and 6 hours postpartum the XXL was almost too big to be useful in me. I hope this helps at least one person.

Plus Size Friendly!
I usually wear menstrual disc but decided to try these out! I had no problems with leaks and it was veryyyyy comfortable. I only gave them 4 stars because I can’t pull them over my stomach like I do my grannies lol. I would give them 5 stars if they were high waisted.

A Game Changer
I’m very impressed with the packaging and these disposable underwear for periods are nicely made and very comfortable to wear. Plus, the underwear color is black and it doesn’t look like the white pair.
