It has been extremely stable, and easy to move around, for the price it has been a great bench.

Pros: the bench seems solid overall. Heavy duty metal seems durable. Cons: the bench came in with some minor cosmetic damage / flaws. The end caps were broken at the head of the bench which were hidden after assembly and didn't seem to matter so I'm not sweating it. Other reviews had the same issue, so just be mindful of that. Also, the instructions are terrible. I'm not overly handy but have set up enough stuff around the house that I've gotten good at figuring out poor instructions. They provide a few confusing pictures but no explanation. The parts aren't labeled in the pCkage either. All hardware is mixed together in a box and no way to compare it to the parts list so keep that in mind also. With some time and patience you can figure it out though. Keep in mind the number of parts listed in the manual are in reference to what comes pre assembled on the bench along with the parts in the box for the rest of the assembly. This confused me at first. All in all, once you get it together it's pretty good. Not quite a high end bench from a nice gym but not too far off. It seems to be good for an at home bench without spending hundred of extra dollars.

I have been looking for years for an FID bench that can fully support me for decline lifts and use for decline sit ups. I'm a bigger guy and until this bench I had a lot of trouble finding something that was comfortable on my legs when using. Very solid, easy to assemble, great price. Highly recommend.

Wow what a beautiful rock solid bench!!! Arrives almost fully constructed, The instructions are terrible though and no tools included be fore warned. Highly recommended

BUYER BEWARE! After doing research, I landed on this equipment and made the purchase. It arrived quickly, but was partly sticking out of the box when it arrived and was already damaged. I assumed this must be solely the fault of the carrier. Indeed, you could even see them abuse the item when delivering it on my Ring doorbell. I immediately contacted Amazon and another item was shipped to me and quickly arrived. To my surprise, the second one came in the exact same condition: parts sticking out of the box and already damaged. I immediately contacted Titan and while I got a reply, I got nothing in terms of a resolution. I decided to bring the second one in and try to put it together, hoping that Titan would compensate me in some way for the damages on the second item. It got worse: parts were missing in the second box, including the foam roller pieces for the feet that are shown in the pictures to come with the purchase; parts were damaged (not only those sticking out of the box) including chipped paint (this is a *new* item...); the instructions are not instructions at all: the ones that came in the box do not have any instructions, only poorly-printed and difficult to read diagrams, and the one online (accessed via a QR code are more or less the same). Worse, because part of the equipment is already put together, you can't even count the proper parts to correlate the parts to the diagram. It's not intuitive at all, and no instructions are present. Finally, I contacted Titan who had been pretty responsive, and they then ghosted me. At this point, I am now left with TWO pieces of equipment, one of which I, on my own time, have to load (it's heavy...) into a vehicle and drive to UPS to return, and the other that is damaged and missing parts. It is clear at this point that the problem isn't the carrier--it is the company. IF Titan does decide to come through and fix this problem, I will be certain to update my review. Until then, a one star review is certainly deserved.

OK.. It’s a “Beast” ! Was looking for a well-constructed, visually appealing bench capable of not only of handling basically any weight load but at a measured 54”l x 12-15”w x 18”h, it’s long, wide and high enough to be very comfortable for this 6’6” -230lb user. Bench is easy to adjust both the inclines of the seat and back-rest. Note it is a heavy and big piece of equipment, this is an assembly and leave on place kind of bench. Addressing the issues that some were seeing with bench damage during shipping. Ordered a blue bench vs the stand black color, with its slightly longer delivery time, expecting and rewarded by the bench being directly dropped shipped from the manufacturer vs an Amazon warehouse . Hint.. Hint.. Bench came securely factory packaged and surprisingly, mostly assembled. The only tools required for assembly are two crescent wrenches. If you need a bench that can comfortably accommodate the larger framed and have the space, you will be very pleased with the purchase of the Titan.

Delivery was on time and all parts were not dented or damaged in any way. However the bench was missing the two foam roll pads for the ankle piece so the bench is incomplete. Otherwise a sturdy bench.

It works, it just isn't that safe, if you get your fingers caught in the wrong spot adjusting it...there is no safety for it. For me that is fine but if i let someone else use it, you never know. It also rocks a bit which is strange.
