I was weary trying this because salicylic acid and I have rosacea but tried it anyway because only small amount of SA and I have been trying everything. Prescription azelaic acid cream and metro gel made my skin so dry and was ineffective trying as doctor prescribed for monthsssss. Did laser 3x. Nothing and this serum finally worked for me.It goes on like oil not like water, gel based serums I’ve tried so far but i kind of like how moisturizing it feels now - I let it sit for a bit and just put lotion/ cream on tho it’s still a bit slippery and it’s fine.
