Recommend for rosacea
It works! I was weary trying this because salicylic acid and I have rosacea but tried it anyway because only small amount of SA and I have been trying everything. Prescription azelaic acid cream and metro gel made my skin so dry and was ineffective trying as doctor prescribed for monthsssss. Did laser 3x. Nothing and this serum finally worked for me.It goes on like oil not like water, gel based serums I’ve tried so far but i kind of like how moisturizing it feels now - I let it sit for a bit and just put lotion/ cream on tho it’s still a bit slippery and it’s fine. In AM I use smaller amount and lotion and makeup with no issues.

Great Addition to My Skincare Routine
I’ve really been enjoying this azelaic acid serum! It feels lightweight on my skin, absorbs nicely, and doesn’t leave a heavy or greasy feeling. As I have gotten older I’ve noticed my skin becoming more red. This product definitely helps reduce that. I have seen a difference in just the three weeks I’ve been using it.It’s a little goopy on my skin but I like that. It absorbs nice. I use it every night under my night cream.
