Got this for my daughter for Christmas as her first straightener. Love that I’m not worried she’s going to pinch and burn herself as she’s learning to straighten her hair. She’s got pretty curly/frizzy hair and it works pretty well. You do have to pull the hair tight with one hand as you run the brush over it to get a sleek look which she’s still figuring out. If I help her straighten her hair with a traditional flight iron it works really well to smooth out her hair if she had it in a pony or slept on it. I think it’s a great product for the price.

I have thick wavy hair. This does not work very well for me. Apart from that it is heavy and clunky and the natural way for me to hold it results in me constantly turning it off. It does eventually straighten my hair a little but only if I dry it completely with a hair dryer. If I air dry my hair it doesn't perform well at all. After all the hype I was very disappointed.

Works very well to straighten hair in comparison to a flat iron. I have slightly frizzy, thin hair that I wanted to straighten and smooth while avoiding high heat. This tool works great and replaces my flat iron. My only issue is that my hand constantly hits the button and changes the temperature while using. Otherwise, I love it!

Purchased for my 11 YO daughter. Easy for her to use but needs several passes to straighten. Don’t do the same job a real straightener would. Doesn’t work well for very curly hair, but it does a decent job on wavy hair.

Love how easy this is to use. Heats up fast and leaves hair smooth.

I thought it would be perfect for my hair because I have fine hair and I read some reviews that it’s hard to work with if you have thicker hair. Problem is, it doesn’t hold fine hair in between the wide tooth bristles so it just falls out and doesn’t straighten. If I tried to hold my hair in, I’d burn my hands. Sadly had to return
