NEWQIDA 24V Ride on Dump Truck 2 Seater Ride on Toys for Kids 3-6, Yellow

This truck is fairly easy to assemble, has plenty of power to haul two kids, drives pretty good as far as steering, and plenty of other benefits. I don’t really have any complaints. I’ve had to replace two parts, a bolt for the front “control arm” and the steering gear box (my fault I drove it into something and it stripped the motor’s gears). The Customer support has been the best I’ve ever dealt with. Out of anything I’ve ever purchased. They have replaced both parts free of charge, even with the latest gear box being out of warranty and my fault. I’d recommend buying just so you can experience what great customer support is like.

The kids in the neighborhood love this truck. After 1 year of use, the motor that controls the remote control steering stopped working. The plastic gears inside the motor were worn (this can happen over time when the steering wheel is used at the same time the motor is trying to steer via the remote). I contacted NEWQIDA customer support about the issue and they quickly shipped me a replacement motor. After installation, everything is good as new. Great customer service!

Well worth it! Going on almost two years and my two boys still love it! Remote recently stopped working but customer service was very responsive and sent me a new one even though it was out of warranty.

Edit : absolute piece of junk. Everything that can go bad on this thing went bad. Bad battery. Bad motors, wheels fell apart. Wire harness melted. Absolute waste of money trash. Not even worth one star. Bought for Christmas 2024, both rear motors died by may 2025. We didn’t even start using it until march because the weather was bad, so realistically it didn’t even last a month of use. My two year old loved it while it worked. My wife said it wasn’t going up the small hill in our drive way anymore, I went out and checked and the back left motor had died. Today I went to move it and the right rear motor was also now dead. Waste of money.

Very nice little truck. Good quality. My kids LOVE it. My 4 & 3 year old both fit in it together. Works well in the grass & on the road. We had one issue where the back wheels stopped spinning but customer service helped us and sent a replacement part. They were very quick and easy to work with! I would recommend this truck!

Awesome! The truck has 3 speeds and it goes relatively fast.The LED lights are decently bright. And the dump body works. Great, we put some logs in it. And it had no problems unloading them having. The wireless controller is an amazing feature for multiple reasons. One of them being if your kid is a little too small to be driving on their own, you can still drive them with the remote, it also gives you control with the park stop button.

Great toy for the price kids love it. Customer service was awesome.

Great quality, some assembly required, but overall build is doable & finished product is great. Battery life is fantastic on one charge. Remote is great for the small riders with no concept of steering yet. Unit speaker isn’t great, we purchased a small Bluetooth speaker to play music on.

Great unit, easy to put together, son loves it. It ended up braking down within a month of having it. Got ahold of the people that supply them through Amazon. Very helpful and sending parts!!

There are no option for NO star. The whole product has false informations and pictures on their post. I have to paid USD$200 for the shipping cost to return, if you have 2 young kids, it won't fit, my kids are 1 and 4, and they are small size. You will NOT get the refund of the shipping cost. Which means i paid USD$200 for nothing. DON'T waste your money. This is a scam!
