I really like this product and will buy it repeatedly without thinking about it. The price is more than fair. The packaging is well done and holds up to time, shelf durability. The product form and granulation is consistent and high quality. It keeps well on the shelf, as I use the 2 lb quantity buy size. Maybe one per year I will buy. This stuff is wonderful, I am losing tons of weight without giving up my slightly sweet coffee. It is just the kick I need to get over my use of sugar. Sugar turns out is really bad for you. When you are an old Geiser like me its best to get off of sugar altogether. This monk fruit is the safest form of artificial sweetener. I am gong to try making jello with it sometime I think. It is said to be ounce per ounce replacement directly (by measure)sugar substitute. That means one tsp makes whatever just as sweet as 1 tsp of actual granulated sugar (death powder. ) That makes it so much easier to gauge and use, like normal. I find it is true and makes life easy. I can't say enough good about it. It also does not give a funky after taste like other artificial compound sugars. This stuff is man made and should be used in good judgement and prudence. But it is such a great blessing to have. If I had to give up my coffee I would be one grouchy dragon grampa.

This is an excellent sugar-free sweetener. Keto friendly; versatility (you can you it from baking to making mousse to creme pie). They only reason I cancelled my subscription was that I have too much for the moment and didn't want more to arrive before needed. But I'll come back and purchase this again. It will probably go back on thee subscribe and save list. I didn't think it did that much for my coffee, but I'm used to stevia for that. Oh, what to do?

Found this and it is the best alternative to sugar i found. It goes great with my teas and other drinks. Got it originally so my dad can enjoy tea with some sweetness but I also use it as well. It's helped a lot with controlling our sugar levels.

Morning Pep has several options for pure monkfruit which has no aftertaste and is a good option for all your drinks etc but I think for the true texture and results for baking you will need something like their "classic' which has added.erythritol This is a sugar alcohol which can cause digestive distress in sensitive people. Sone studies have shown it might have adverse effects on the circulatory system so do your own research. IF you have any questions contact their very helpful customer service.

This is my go to monk fruit. I quit white refined sugar a few years ago and the only replacement that tasted halfway decent to me was monkfruit. This remains a good subscription item, good price and decent quantity. Some months the container is smashed up in shipping, but contents are usually fine. I just have no clue how the container ends up damaged when it shows up in a perfectly good box, other than it gets beat up at the warehouse? I've also noticed some months its in a white container, some months clear. I have checked expiration dates, and theres no difference. I will keep this on my subscribe & save as long as it remains at a fair price.

I use this in everything! Dissolves well in beverages and bakes 1:1 just fine.
