SOO uncomfortable!!
Pros: the couch assembled easily and has great storage. Different seats hold together well with metal clasps. Cons: only one - it is the most uncomfortable couch to sit on!! Everyone who has come over and sat on it ends up standing up because sitting on the couch makes your back hurt. It is far too firm and there’s hardly any padding in the cushions at all. I wish I hadn’t bought it.

Great Couch
Assembly of the couch was very easy, took about total of 30-45 minutes. It is a firm couch and it feels very comfortable. Great price and value, along with great customer service.

Conformability
The sofa is good but not excellent, I was expecting more Cushing and support for the back, the sitting is fine hoping will not loose the thickness over time, also I thought the arms had thicker filling. For the the moment it will work for us in the apartment. Will not purchase again! I am giving 3/5 because was convenient for me the delivery.

Easy assembly
This is exactly what I needed but could not find in stores. The hardest part of assembly was getting the pieces out of the boxes. I needed the storage for my bedding in my small apartment. I'm over 70 and have recent right hand and left knee injuries, but it did not get in the way of assembling this without even reading the instructions and with no tools needed. My dog and I slept on it last night, so I know it will be okay for an overnight guest. Although I really like this sectional, the upholstery needs protection. My dog's nails are messing it up, even though I use blankets to cover it. She is not a destructive dog. It is just normal daily use.
