After one of them broke - again - I decided to look for a more inexpensive brand. This iron is AMAZING!! I have very straight fine hair. The first time I used it, I was amazed and how easy it flowed through my hair and gave me flawless waves! I have never used anything that was this easy and fast. Usually it takes me forever to get my straight hair to have the loose waves I see everyone else having! I am 54 and have been searching for this tool my whole life! I HIGHLY recommend this tool as it does everything from straightening to curling! I have no idea why it says frequently returned as I would never return this and recommend over any other iron including the expensive name brands!!

OMG!! This is honestly the best iron tool I have ever purchased! I have tried many - trust me, and they were all the more expensive name brands! After one of them broke - again - I decided to look for a more inexpensive brand. This iron is AMAZING!! I have very straight fine hair. The first time I used it, I was amazed and how easy it flowed through my hair and gave me flawless waves! I have never used anything that was this easy and fast. You can’t hold onto the end, it gets hot. I have another one with an end that stays cool for better control. Also, if you bump the temp button it changes temperature while you are using it. Aside from that, it works pretty well.
