Q: Have these been burned in by you or the manufacturer before shipping?

These tube were purchased because of the really nice prices, they worth the trouble. I'm not sure the seller burned them in the tubes or any one else for that matter. Of the 16 I used, I had multiple failures with in the first few weeks. The failure were all over the place, meaning sometimes just the tube and another times it took a fuse. Do yourself a favor, find a dealer who burns them in and has a good reputation, it may cost a bit more but it will pay off in the long run.

Q: Can these tubes work well with MC275 VI? No bias necessary?

These are great sounding tubes. I have a prima luna amplifier with auto bias, you need to check your owners manual about bias settings for your particular amp.

Q: Where are these manufactured

New production Genalex Gold Lion tubes are assembled by hand in the Reflektor factory in Saratov, Russia

Q: Would these tubes go good with a marshall jcm800 head?

They are some of the best KT88's available today. I haven't used them in a guitar amp, but I bet they'd sound killer in a Marshall.
