I have been using monk fruit for years and this is the best I’ve purchased. It’s very sweet and a little goes a long way. So it lasts a long time. I lbuy the lowest per ounce quantity. I don’t have any digestive problems that come with the 1 to 1 cheap stuff that isn’t 100 percent pure. It’s an all natural alternative to chemicals which is why I like it. It has a slight fruity taste, but it’s not excessive and I got used to it quickly. If you use too much it tastes bitter so definitely go easy til you find your proper ratio! CON: seems like every other time I purchase this the price increases. But, it’s still the cheapest 100 percent I could find, that tastes good. It kinda irks me when prices continue to increase on things I order regularly.

This sweetener is soooo good, I cannot tell that it isn't sugar, which is saying something. I had to cut sugar out of my diet and had tried all the artificial and natural sweeteners I knew of, they were poor substitutes taste-wise, had too many health concerns, and a lot of them had fillers that were as high glycemic as sugar itself. Didn't try monk fruit for a long time as I thought it would be another let down and thought it was like agave, just another actual sugar. I was so wrong! This monk fruit sweetener has a GI of zero! The small amount you have to use makes it very economical, one level scoop (tiny!) sweetens 16 oz coffee. It is heat stable, safe to cook with, but I have not used it that way yet but plan to.

The closest taste to real sugar! Because of some digestive problems, I can't have any of the other artificial sweeteners. And this is the only Monk Fruit sweetener that doesn't also contain erythitol. Comes with a measuring spoon for 1/8th teaspoon, so it goes 8X as far as cane sugars. Super quick delivery too. I have nothing negative to say about this product, the company or Amazon's typical excellent delivery. Order some today!

I’ve bought great Monk fruit powder several times before and it’s always delicious through and through, no aftertaste at all. This brand is clearly NOT Monk fruit—it is as bitter as a caffeine pill and I’m very surprised and completely disappointed that the sellers would even attempt to sell this. It tastes extremely bitter eaten straight, and extremely bitter in my drink—even milk doesn’t cover it up. The aftertaste of bitterness is hard to even wash out of my mouth, so no one is going to convince me that this is monk fruit. I have not been paid to make this review, I don’t get paid to make any reviews, I think that often bends opinions into a biased perspective. This is truly my experience with this and I needed the right stuff for health recovery reasons. I did go ahead and order a brand I already trust, but I thought I’d give this a chance because the price was lower, which turns out higher after all, because I was too ill to return it. I don’t understand the good reviews, did they get something else in their package? This isn’t just a little bitter. There is something else in this formula—I’m convinced of it, and I’m looking for a private lab to analyze it thoroughly for every ingredient in it because I don’t trust this or the manufacturers one bit. It just should not taste offensive like this. It is so bitter I feel lied to. I put out my own money because I know real Monk fruit is delicious by itself. This taste makes you want to power-wash your mouth out, it tastes so chemical, bitter and bad, not even like food. I supposed a packing mistake could have happened… My money is not easy to come by. I want my money back and I definitely don’t recommend this to anyone else.

I previously used monkfruit with allulose, but with the new diet regime I'm opting to keep as much additives out of my diet as possible so I tried this which is 100% monkfruit sweetener. It's definitely more expensive than the ones with the "additives" and I was really surprised when I saw how small the scoop is as the container says there are 908 servings, of which I was a bit skeptical. This is worth it's weight in GOLD! One of their little scoops is the equivalent of a teaspoon of sugar for sweetening. It really is a great alternative to the mixed monkfruit sweetener; AND for people like me who have been using artificial sweeteners most of their lives (I always had the little pink packets in my purse, in my car, and in a cookie jar in my kitchen) you will really like this natural alternative. It can take a little bit to mix it in to your drinks (coffee, tea, etc) as it doesn't disolve and sink to the bottom (it tends to float on top until you mix it in), but there's nothing harmful in it (you can read and pronounce all the ingredients because there's ONE!). You can put it in a little plastic container and drop it in your purse if you're going out for a meal. There are a number of brands that do make individual packets, however they all have allulose or erythritol and one that uses dextrose. If you don't have an issue with the additive they are viable alternatives for when you're eating out, but for me a little plastic container will do the trick!

The product last me almost a year. I like the non additive, but it does have a little after taste if dissolved in a light flavor drink and it is very hard to dissolve in any temperature drink. Unfortunately, I am switching to a different brand. It went up 48% in less than a year.

I got this to use in making ice cream. But I tried it out in my coffee and it tasted really bitter - kind of like Stevia. So now I'm afraid to use it in vanilla ice cream because I don't want to ruin a whole batch.

First time trying Pure Monk Fruit, and I love it. The flavor is tasty. However, this bottle is extremely small.
