What is the drying and handling time?

It's a mixing clear not a top coat clear coat

Do you add reducer to this and if so, what is the ratio? and what is the flash time ? there is no technical data sheet anywhere!!!!

Its for mixing base coats and tri coats you reduce as you would any base if your shooting a candy color give it 20 minutes to flash and an extra day to cure before buffing or the clear tends to rip
