I have owned 2 of these, for several years. Both have been fantastic. The fact that they have multiple Jack types is a huge plus, as well as being able to use them while also charging them.They are about the size of a modern smartphone. So pretty much anywhere you can carry your phone, this can go with you.Charge is really good. I get about 2 full charges on my phones with 5,000 mah batteries, and have no probs charging my earbuds, or even a rechargeable fan that I have.Has a massive storage size, so it does take 3-4 hours or more to fully charge from empty.Turns itself on when you plug something in, which is really nice and simple.Have dropped them many times. And a few nicks and scratches, but it never affected the performance. One has been rained on several times, and it still works. But I can't recommend dropping them in water or leaving them out in the rain.Overall a great product that I would definitely recommend for yourself or as a gift!

Amazing power bank. I bought it years ago for my year in japan. This baby saved me so often. It also held a large amount of charge, it would charge my phone 100% maybe 3 times before I had to recharge the bank. I'd carry it with me if I had a feeling my phone would die before I got home. Of course it was bulky and a little heavy but I just dealt with it as it was more important my phone survived incase I got lost in Japan. I did notice it had less juice over time, but I had it for 2 years+ and that happens with all batteries anyway. Still reliable.Unfortunately, my new samsung phone likes to pretend it can't charge from this because im not using an "official" cord, annoying as hell, but thats the phone company's fault, not anker. Love anker and will continue to buy their products.

This powerbank is a ROCKSTAR. We recently went to Japan and needed something that would keep our phones powered up for Google maps, Google translate, train apps, Disneyland Tokyo apps and more. It was a HUGE help to have this powerbank to keep my phone charged. Also, with tight packing it was ultra slim and easy to throw in my purse. I had bought some powerbanks years ago and they would quickly lose their charge. This was quick to get me charged up. Only time I struggled was when I forgot to plug it in.

I've owned one of these for years and it's a little tank! It does take all day to charge but it will get multiple devices back up to full on a single charge. I've charged my phone, wife's phone, switch, and my vape off this thing all on a single charge. I've owned it for a few years now and it appears to still hold its charge well. This is my fifth portable charger and third Anker. The first two chargers stopped working, so I replaced then with the first Anker. I unintentionally charged it with a weird plug and it wouldn't work after that. My second Anker works great, but it got buried in a packing box unintentionally so I bought this one. It works great, when full it gets me about two phone charges, which is perfect. I always carry it with me, so I never have to worry about a low phone battery. It's also not big or bulky, so easy to carry. I also appreciate that it comes with a short dual USB-C cord to easily charge the phone, although none of my plugs have a USB-C hole so I still have to bring an extra cord.I do find it interesting that this one has three different plug holes - standard USB, the old style small USB, and the newer USB-C - which none of the others did.
