Good, not perfect.
I would have given the frying pan 5 stars, but (according to the information that accompanied it) one should not use it above medium heat. Since this is the only pan I have with such a restriction, it's not difficult to remember. But why should I have to? On the plus side, it cooks and cleans (by hand) beautifully, so I am making good use of it.
