The silk inside keeps me warm when it's cold and magically keeps me cool without making me sweat on hot summer nights. I usually get hot at night, but with this blanket, I don't move around as much because I'm not too hot. It really does what it says and lets me sleep comfortably without waking up. Duvet is light weight but warm enough for comfort. We are pleased with it.
