This is possibly a good tumbler and the reason of purchase was because it said drinking water from copper tumbler is good for health. So I bought two. Since both had black stains on arrival, I had it washed once with salt and lemon, and then with pitambari, and they were sparkling. However, the oxidation on the tumbler occurs very rapidly. Filled both the tumblers with water overnight to drink from it in the morning. The tumblers had massive stains on both inside and outside. Went through the same process for 3 days and have given up. Realised that these are most impractical as water tumblers. Checked on Google to know that while a little oxidation may not be harmful, over a period of time it can be damaging to one's internal organs. The vendor informed me that I could return it, but by that time all original packing and cards had been thrown away, so that's not happening. To repeat, these are NOT OK for routine use. Of course, if you want to use it for a few annual events, then one can make the investment. Else, consider under medical advice how else can one consume the copper within healthy limits, without using such tumblers. Rating based on the utility for which I had made the purchase, not copper.
