Very fast delivery It actually came 7 days ahead of the scheduled date. It was wrapped up and sealed properly for delivery. Whoever did it did an excellent job. Not to mention the quality of the product is amazing, very fresh indeed.

Totally Dissapointed
I opened & used four pieces two weeks ago. I have it stored in a cool, dry place. Today I opened to use & found the brine turned from white to pink with bubbles on top, total bucket spoiled. I used clean plastic thongs to remove the pork tails. Iโve purchase many times from another company. First & last time from this company. Waste of money. Total disappointment.

Freshness of the meat and taste
Meat was fresh looking, instantly made stewed peas the following day and it tasted great. However, I notice that there was brine mixture on the container after delivery. Beyond that, I will definitely order this product again.
