Poor quality wheelchair
I am extremely disappointed with this wheelchair. The overall build quality is very poor. The brake lever bends easily with even minimal pressure, which makes it unsafe and unreliable for daily use. The materials feel cheap and not durable at all. I had ordered this for my father, hoping it would provide comfort and convenience, but it has been a complete letdown. I do not recommend this product.

Design improvement suggestion
I found that this particular wheelchair had low backrest causing discomfort in sitting. Further as the patient was paralyzed, a home nurse had to help her seat. Since the leg rest was flipping to the side, the access for the home nurse to stand within the two-leg rest which was causing difficulty for the home nurse. Since it was a design flaw and not a manufacturing defect, it needs to be resolved at the design stage. Another suggestion is to provide brakes for the home nurse as the patient is handicapped and can't use hands for applying brakes.
