I’m so used to taking supplement, I will not go without it. Adaptogens work! I’ve been able to reduce amount of prescription meds by supplementing with Rhodiola & recommended it to my daughter. Now she takes the caps too and says she feels more alert and energized at work. I like how I feel over all taking these daily! Less anxious, more positive.

I have never written a bad review before but for the last 15+ years, I have taken over 20 different brands of Rhodiola extract for stress and fatigue and this is the only brand that has ever made me sick. As soon as I opened the bottle, it had a very weird smell to it that I haven't smelt before with other brands which is where I should have known better then to take it. I took 2 capsules and within 20 minutes, I started tasting blood and felt very nauseous. About another 10-15 minutes later, I started nonstop burping up this terrible smell and starting throwing up for over 2 hours. I highly recommend another brand which is a bummer because I have tried many other Best Natural products and liked all of them as they are generally high quality and reasonably priced.

If you're looking for Rhodiola, then you've probably heard about it's properties as an adaptogen and it's ability to help lower stress. And of course, you'd probably like to know if it works. For me, it absolutely does. I notice a reduction in stress/anxiety when taking this that doesn't seem to be placebo effect. And you can also verify the data behind it on sites that cover the research, like the Examine website - you'll definitely learn more about Rhodiola there. But for me, it's good - not quite as good as Passionflower for this purpose, but certainly effective nonetheless. The Best Naturals brand Rhodiola is an excellent dose at 500mg per capsule, 1000mg per 2-capsule serving. The capsules are easy to swallow with no weird taste or after-burps. Now important to note is that this formula contains Bioperine (Black Pepper extract) which facilitates better bioavailability/absorption, but I would caution everyone to be very aware of how much Bioperine you consume if you take multiple supplements. If you take multiple supps that include Bioperine, then you may end up with a hefty dose of daily Bioperine and in larger quantities, even cumulatively, it can act as a gut irritant and result in gut permeability. So make note of which supps use Bioperine and try to limit your total daily intake just to be safe. But as for quality of the Best Naturals brand, you can buy and take this Rhodiola (and any of their product line) with confidence, as all of their products are lab tested and backed by verifiable COAs from an accredited lab (of which I have personally reviewed the COA for this product). This is high quality, safe, potent, and accurately labeled Rhodiola and will give you the best bang for your buck. I highly recommend this product (and the Best Naturals brand in general).
