I’ve been having sweeping in my hands due to arthritis, and I was searching for a hand massager. I almost bought some fancy automatic massager and I’m so glad I didn’t. This thing is the real deal! The concept is simple yet perfect! You put your fingers in it and roll it up and down, it even turns 360 degrees while having your finger inserted! It is so practical! It also includes these bands u can put on your fingers and push them up and down for massage, circulation. On the other end of the massager there is also another wheel that can massage your palm, top of hand, anywhere really as it’s a stand alone roller piece. This has been one of the best $6 I have ever invested in my life! I can’t thank who ever came up with this simple yet genius invention enough! The relief I feel is priceless, yet cost me almost nothing! Please try one of these before u break the bank buying some fancy machine that just compresses your hands!

As a sufferer of swollen fingers over recent months I am familiar with most hand exercises one is advised to follow by various physios with various success. However, I am SO impressed and grateful for this device. Especially the 5 Pcs Acupressure Rings. Here’s how I used them, and had positive success: 1. Keep the hand elevated, perhaps resting your elbow on a table. 2. Place a ring on the tip of the swollen finger and SLOWLY roll it down until you feel it reach the first knuckle, then STOP. Pause for a couple of minutes, keeping the hand elevated. 3. Continue SLOWLY over that first knuckle and again STOP and pause a short while. 4. Continue SLOWLY over what is now the swollen area between first and second knuckle. When you reach the second knuckle, STOP and pause again. 5. Continue SLOWLY over the second knuckle and again STOP and pause. 6. You are now on the most swollen area of all. Continue SLOWLY to the base of the finger and pause. 7. If you look now along the length of the finger it will appear paler, less swollen, and feel cooler. Pause a while, then remove the ring. Do not leave a ring in place over extended periods of time. You will feel the fluids return and maybe a tingling as they do so. Swollen fingers are never put right immediately. Repeat the above exercise maybe 2 or 3 times a day. Supplement them with the physio hand exercise to be found on Youtube.

Very relaxing, I type all day (transcription) and I find this to be very soothing and can reach down the entire finger into the hand knuckles. Although my son tried it on his thumb web and he felt he couldn't feel the rollers, just the plastic on the outside - for me it is perfect for my hand size. I think I have average size female hands? It seems sturdy enough to be able to apply a bit of pressure for a stronger massage. It definitely feels good especially on my index fingers. Would like the roller on the end to be a bit bigger - my thenar eminence gets tight and I would like to cover more area, but it's okay. The spiky finger roller things might take a little more to get used to, but are small and firm enough to feel like they are doing something, and I do like the ability to roll up and down my finger and concentrate on certain parts of the finger. Happy with my purchase.

Great little finger massager! Helps relieve pain by massaging all the nooks and crannies or your fingers, it feels really good. Well made and seems durable. Holds tight around all fingers, would go much wider. Worth the money if you have arthritic fingers.
