My wife broke her pelvis almost a year ago and still has pain when walking. Most of it is due to the sciatica that set in due to the fall and break. She finds this belt more than anything else she has tried to help support her pelvis and pelvic muscles and makes walking less painful so she can walk further.

I used this during pregnancy as directed by my physical therapist. Is simple and easy to use. It took the load off my tail bone and relieved pain in my hips. I would definitely recommend using under the guidance of a professional though.

I’m not sure if this works or not but it does feel nice while wearing it. I can only wear it a short while before it starts to hurt. It also pushes all your fat up so I wouldn’t wear it in public. It doesn’t fit under your pants for concealment either. It is a nice hug on your hips.

I use this belt for hiking. I wear it low on my hips. It gives me great support for my hips that tend to get tight when I walk for a long time or up big inclines. The belt felt very comfortable and stayed in place throughout my hikes. I just took it on 4 hikes in 4 days. I wasn't sore after any of the hikes. I really liked the belt's velcro closure and that the straps for extra support were easy to adjust as well. I am very happy with my purchase. I am 5'7" and 130, the Small was perfect for me. There was still room for the belt to expand.

The width is much better than another I had. It keeps my hips in alignment.

This belt can also be used as an ostomy belt. I’ve found that it really works well. It’s lightweight and the Velcro is micro hooks. So it doesn’t irritate the skin if it is used without a shirt or shorts. Velcro sticks well still after several washes. I cut off the outside SI tightening straps as they’re not needed anymore with my prolapsed stoma. Price is right. I’m getting another one.

This belt has saved my back on many occasions, I’m a cleaner, with lower back issues. My chiropractor recommended getting a belt like this to support my lower back especially when I’m at work and I can really feel the difference especially with support. It’s made such a difference in recovery
