I picked this belt over others because of the ability to adjust it and how easy it was to put on. I was not disappointed. After wearing it for one day, my SI joint calmed down, and I was able to walk with no pain. The belt fit over my pants and stayed in place with no issues, even while sitting in the truck. I recommend it.

I use this belt for hiking. I wear it low on my hips. It gives me great support for my hips that tend to get tight when I walk for a long time or up big inclines. The belt felt very comfortable and stayed in place throughout my hikes. I just took it on 4 hikes in 4 days. I wasn't sore after any of the hikes. I really liked the belt's velcro closure and that the straps for extra support were easy to adjust as well. I am very happy with my purchase. I am 5'7" and 130, the Small was perfect for me. There was still room for the belt to expand.

Two months before I purchased this belt I was worried that my life activities would need to be changed drastically. Through exercises I was able to place the SI joint where it should be and eliminate pain. But any activity would cause it to slip again. With this belt the SI joint is held in place and getting more stable with continuous exercises.

I used this during pregnancy as directed by my physical therapist. Is simple and easy to use. It took the load off my tail bone and relieved pain in my hips. I would definitely recommend using under the guidance of a professional though.

I’m not sure if this works or not but it does feel nice while wearing it. I can only wear it a short while before it starts to hurt. It also pushes all your fat up so I wouldn’t wear it in public. It doesn’t fit under your pants for concealment either. It is a nice hug on your hips.

Easy to put on and take off. Has a low profile under clothes and releases heat better than my old one. So far so good!

Very strong support for my lower back. Strong Velcro straps. Belt allows me to play golf four days/week without issue. I have worn a physiotherapist's recommended belt for 10 years, but I can't find that brand in my size (medium). Old belt tended to bunch up; this one does not. My initial impression is that this belt gives more support than the previous brand. My only small gripe is that the main Velcro strap is a little too wide and sometimes bothers my upper thigh when I do a deep knee bend to line up putts.

Excellent product. Strong Velcro hold. Really supportive for lower back pain.

Instant relief. Doesn’t ride up or roll around. Velcro can be a little scratchy if it isn’t lined up perfectly, but this isn’t an issue if you wear it over your pants.
